Depending on the extent of pest problems, these services are recommended before monthly pest service begins:
This service is recommended if moderate to heavy (more than 15) amounts of roaches are being seen in the cabinets, drawers, &/or around appliances or on countertops. All belongings from cabinets and drawers must be "Cleaned Out" before the technicians arrives, and individuals should remain out of the home for approximately 1- 2 hours.

Subterranean Termites are the most destructive of the three principal types of Termites in Florida.
